Use the Picture Shortcuts panel to navigate the Pictures folder to the photos you want to edit. If it is not there, click on the Shortcuts button on the top menu 
In Picture Manager you should see the Picture Shortcuts panel on the left. If you imported your photos to the Pictures folder they are easy to find when you open Picture Manager. Click Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Click to open the Microsoft Office folder, then the subfolder Microsoft Office Tools. From the Start menu, select All Programs. In Microsoft Office 2013 Picture Manager is replaced by Windows Live Photo Gallery which has similar tools. This Tip is based on Microsoft Office 2010, (2007 is similar). Please also note that 64 bit Office applications will not run if SharePoint Designer 2007 is installed 64-bit Office 2010 applications should only be used if not connecting to SharePoint 2007 servers. If you elect to install both applications side-by-side, you must download the 32-bit version of SharePoint Designer 2010, and install it after installing SharePoint Designer 2007. To connect to SharePoint 2007 and earlier sites you must continue to use SharePoint Designer 2007. SharePoint Designer 2010 only connects to SharePoint 2010.
